Demolition as you can see has started in our new home.
I don’t think we have ever thought how much of a work and mess the remodeling project was going to be. Every day we keep telling each other “There is just no way we could have done this ourselves”. We are both capable people. I do manage projects, “big projects”, for living… But this is something else. There are at least 5-6 people in the house at any time. Some are painting, some are pulling tiles, others are smashing a tub, and another one is pulling wall papers…We are definitely appreciating our contractor; he is doing a pretty good job so far keeping up with all the “unexpected things” coming up.
Slowly I can see the house getting transformed to become our new home. This is Korman's room to be...
I cannot wait to move in and enjoy the home for years to come…
