Chef Onur!

One of my favorite cousins live close to us. He actually stayed with us for a period of time when he came to US for the first time.
Nowadays he is busy attending culinary school and once in a while showing us the new skills that he gained. Before Thanksgiving, he wanted to make us a special dinner; one of the dishes that he recently learned...
Chicken Cordon Bleu...
Isn't he handsome? Did I mention that he is single?

Chicken waiting the in the freezer to be fried... He pounded chicken breasts and stuffed them with prosciutto, cheese, and asparagus.

Then he dipped them in flour, eggs, and panko bread crumbs and fried them in generous amount of oil.

By the way, I have no idea what the bananas are doing at the background...
He also made oven roasted potatoes and green beans. It tasted great and the presentation was very professional...
As you can imagine, I told him that he can come back any time...

  2. Yes, they are. We had to skip couple of meals after that dinner...
He was here again last Sunday, made us chicken and risotto... I will post that one next week...
