Los Angles in a weekend - day 1

This summer we have decided to take a road trip around California. Since my work was in California, we have mixed work with please and made a 3 weeks long trip. The trip has started with a weekend in Los Angeles. After some work, we ended up going to our road trip for 10 days (pictures to come)

We have started the Saturday with an early breakfast. There was almost no traffic to get there and also the food was great...

Then we went to Hollywood Blvd to see the stars. To our amazement, the stars were everywhere. We were thinking they were going to be on one street but instead they are pretty much all around. If was a little hard to control the kids but they still had fun. We went to the wax museum, Kodak Theater, Chinese Theater, and Ripley's Believe it Or Not museum...

For lunch we went to Farmers Market. This is a great collection of small restaurants that had wonderful food...

After lunch, with some fresh fruit from the farmers market we headed to Manhattan beach and pretty much spent the rest of the afternoon at the beach enjoying the sun and the sand. Not so much the water. It was way too cold for me.

For dinner we went to Hermosa beach where we enjoyed the views and Korman enjoyed the pasta at the tapas restaurant that we ended our day.
