We started our day with a nice breakfast of eggs and pancakes. It was a cold day. We decided to spend the morning indoors, hoping the sun will show itself in the afternoon.
Originally we have planned to go to the Planetarium but it apparently is closed on Mondays. Instead we decided to go to the Science Museum. What I liked about this museum the most was the stations they had where kids got to touch and learn about many species and structures. They had one for the fishes (the one Korman was showing me), another one for snakes, and another one where kids assembled an human arm from different parts of the arm skeleton.
This is the roof of the museum. It was a completely green building, it was very cool.
Then we headed to Lombard street with a little sunshine. Look at the joy at kids faces ;-)
The we headed to Ghirardelli Square for some chocolate, yum , yum, yum...
And to fishermans wharf for some sourdough bread, clam chowder, and beer.
We ended up heading to the hotel after that. We were so hired and full, we ended up skipping dinner that night.
