Last Sunday, we invited our neighbors for brunch. They are a wonderful family and we really enjoy spending time with them.
The menu included 5 items;
1) Paninis made with cheese and Turkish sausage (sucuk)
2) Baked eggs with salsa
3) Tomato and basil salad
4) Olive loafs
5) Baked french toast
Baked eggs with salsa
I made my own salsa based on Ree's recipe. The only thing that I skipped was the jalapenos.

I kept some of the salsa for later, to enjoy it with chips.
I poured the salsa on a greased pan and cracked 10 eggs on it.
Then I put some shredded cheese between the eggs and chopped some cilantro to garnish it. At this time, you can put it in the refrigerator like I did and wait for guests to arrive. I like the fact that this is a dish I can prepare in advance.
I baked it at 400 for 15 minutes. It turned out soooo good.
I have a huge issue with taking pictures of things that I make before I serve them. Especially the warm dishes. It just escapes me totally. This is what was left over it.
It was so easy and delicious...
Let me know if anyone out there tries it....
